La solution flexible en matière de couches étanches. Grâce à ses différents produits, DOLDER® RB vous offre la possibilité d’adapter de façon ciblée la couche étanche de récipients étanches soufflés par extrusion à base de polyéthylène haute densité pour les rendre imperméables aux hydrocarbures ou à l’oxygène. Ceci s’effectue selon un procédé monocouche (monolayer), c’est-à-dire qu’aucune coextrusion n’est nécessaire.

DOLDER® RB 223 FU
DOLDER® RB 223FU barrier resin is a pellet blend of a proprietary nylon and an adhesive for nylon and polyethylene. DOLDER® RB barrier resin provides excellent barrier to most hydrocabons when it is used in conjunction with
Laminar Technology.
APPLICATIONS
DOLDER® RB 223FU is designed for use in blends with polyethylene (HMWHDPE, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE) in extrusion blow molding of articles made with Laminar Technology.
DOLDER® RB 901 FU
Dolder® RB 901 FU is a high-performance barrier resin supplied in pellet form. It is a proprietary blend of nylon and an adhesive specifically engineered to bond nylon with polyethylene. When used in conjunction with Laminar Technology, Dolder® RB 901 FU delivers outstanding barrier properties against most hydrocarbons.
APPLICATIONS
Dolder® RB 901 FU is formulated for blending with polyethylene types – such as HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE – for use in extrusion blow molding. It is particularly suitable for manufacturing large containers (20 liters and above) produced with Laminar Technology.
