DOLDER UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL

The Dolder Group is active in Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, and Turkey — and while we don’t recruit often (our colleagues tend to stay!), we are growing and occasionally looking for new team members. So, if you’re exploring new opportunities, we may have a position that fits you.

OUR FOCUS: SALES EXPERTS AND LOGISTICS SPECIALISTS

As a distributor of specialty chemicals, plastics, and filtration materials, we primarily seek Sales Managers, Sales Coordinators, and Logistics Specialists.

In future colleagues we are looking for:

  • A long-term commitment built on transparency, reliability, and trust
  • Current expertise and a drive to grow professionally
  • A collaborative, ethical mindset
  • Self-motivation and ownership of your area
  • Fluency in English and the local language of the office you apply to

We ask for a lot — but we also offer a lot: clear values, exciting work, a great team, training and development opportunities, autonomy, and our flexible WorkSmart model. If that sounds like your kind of workplace, we’d love to hear from you.

RECRUITING PROCESS STEP I: YOUR APPLICATION, OUR REVIEW

To apply, please include:

  • Your CV
  • Reference letters
  • Training and education certificates
  • A motivation letter (what you’d like to do at Dolder and why)
  • A photo

You can send your documents as specified in the job ad or via our homepage. Once received, we carefully review your application. If there’s a fit, we’ll invite you to a first interview, either online or in person, with the team manager and someone from HR or your potential team. This initial chat (around one hour) is about getting to know each other.

RECRUITING PROCESS STEP II: ONLINE ASSESSMENT, SECOND INTERVIEW, “MEET & GREET”

Next, you’ll complete an online assessment (via Adept-15 and Scales) covering poersonality, interests, and motivation as well as verbal, numerical, and logical reasoning. This takes around 80 minutes and can be done from home.

In the second interview, we’ll review the results of this assessment and discuss any open questions. You’ll also have two “Meet & Greet” sessions — informal half-hour chats with colleagues in similar or related roles, right at their workstations. This is your chance to see Dolder in action. You’ll also meet the business unit manager, and if possible, join the team for lunch.

RECRUITING PROCESS CONCLUSION: WE MAKE SURE THAT YOU FIT IN WELL

Throughout the process, you’ll meet a variety of team members — because for us, hiring is about finding the right long-term match. We want you to get a real sense of our culture, and we want to ensure the same from our side.

We hope this gives you a clear overview of how we hire and what you can expect. We look forward to receiving your application and getting to know you!
