When we hire, we look for people who are ready to build a lasting relationship with us. We believe that success and enjoyment come more easily when we commit to growing together. And we’re proud to say that we’ve built a workplace where people stay — our longest-serving colleague recently retired after 47 years at Dolder! While that may be a hard record to top, our current average tenure of 10 years is something we’re very proud of.

If you visit us — whether as a business partner or a potential new colleague — you’ll quickly notice that every team has its own distinct culture, carefully nurtured and proudly maintained. At the company level, we come together regularly, both formally and informally. In 2023, for instance, we marked our 125th anniversary with a memorable three-day celebration in Sorrento. While trips like that may be rare, we regularly host events that bring us together and strengthen the great team spirit we’re known for.
