VACANCY AS SALES AND PRODUCT MANAGER FILTRATION & PURIFICATION (M/F/D 100%) IN FRANCE (GRAND OUEST)
The Dolder Group has been an internationally active raw materials distributor offering services since 1898. Our family-owned company supplies chemical and polymer raw materials to the processing industry. We also offer individual solutions for filtration & purification in a regulatory and safety context. Our headquarters are in Basel, and we also operate branches in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Turkey.
For the Business Unit Pure (Filtration & Purification) we are looking for a colleague as Sales and Product Manager to shape the sales of innovative water treatment solutions in France – combining technical expertise, entrepreneurial freedom, and an international environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Market and sell our product portfolio and actively develop key accounts
- Advise, support, and accompany customers throughout the sales cycle
- Provide technical support to the sales team in close collaboration with suppliers
- Use your in-depth knowledge of materials and processes to optimize existing applications and develop new solutions
- Maintain and continuously expand your professional network
- Spend approximately 60% of your working time travelling within France to support customers on site and strengthen relationships
- A technical or chemical education (e.g. chemical technician, environmental engineer, process engineer)
- Several years of sales experience in water treatment or a comparable technical field
- Solid experience with ion exchange processes; knowledge of resins and filtration is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with the rental/leasing business model
- Fluency in French and English; German skills are a plus
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (knowledge of BC software is an advantage)
- An entrepreneurial, proactive, and ambitious mindset, with a strong motivation to take on challenges
