The Dolder Group has been an internationally active raw materials distributor offering services since 1898. Our family-owned company supplies chemical and polymer raw materials to the processing industry. Our headquarters are in Basel, and we also operate branches in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Turkey.

For the Business Services & Consulting Unit we are looking for a colleague as Assistant Marketing & Administration.

In this role, you will primarily support our marketing activities and work closely with our external marketing agency. You will coordinate projects and measures, provide organizational support for trade fair appearances, and take on selected administrative tasks to support our team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Coordination of marketing activities in collaboration with our external marketing agency
  • Support in planning and implementing marketing measures such as newsletters, campaigns, and communication activities
  • Organization and administrative coordination of trade fair appearances
  • Support in marketing projects and coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Support in organizing internal events (e.g. Christmas dinner or team events)
  • Management of meeting rooms and support with meeting preparation
  • Handling of the info@dolder.com email address as well as general administrative tasks
  • Commercial education
  • Initial experience in marketing or in a marketing assistant role
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Good IT user skills (e.g. MS Office)
  • Strong organizational skills with a structured and reliable way of working
  • Team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
