ULTRA PURGE™ 5000 & 5100:
EFFICIENT PURIFICATION OF MOST AMORPHOUS POLYMERS
The new ULTRA PURGE™ 5000 and 5100 were developed for the very efficient purification of most amorphous polymers. Featuring the proven Ultra-X technology, the two latest cleaning granules take up the challenge against stubborn soiling and support you efficiently even during the most difficult color changes. Due to the wide temperature range and comprehensive approvals, these cleaning granules take your production to a whole new level of efficiency.
ULTRA PURGE™ 5000 is characterized by a very fast color change and does not leave any white haze even on transparent components.
ULTRA PURGE™ 5100 impresses with its efficiency in dealing with heavy contamination on the screw and injection unit.
SUITABLE POLYMERS
Due to their wide processing temperature range from 190°C to 320°C, the grades are suitable for the following polymers: SAN, ABS, PS, TPE-S, PC, PC/ABS, PET, TPU, and TRITAN™ copolyester.
