CILBOND® 62W

CILBOND® 62W is a single-layer, water-based adhesive promoter for compounds such as NBR, HNBR, ACM, VAMAC^®, and ECO and it can bind a multitude of metals and plastics.

CILBOND® 65W

CILBOND® 65W is a water-based adhesive for silicone rubber and peroxide cross-linked fluorpolymers. The material offers outstanding resistance to environmental influences. In applications such as oil seals, shaft seals, seals, valves, and rubber bearings, CILBOND® 65W is used especially against oils and high temperatures.

CILBOND® 65W also bonds silicone to fabric and is used in demanding products such as vehicle hoses and airplane seals. CILBOND® 65W can be used to bind peroxide cross-linked HNBR and ACM bonds.

CILBOND® R-7000

CILBOND® R-7000 is a component adhesion system for binding the following elastomers to metals and polar technical plastics: NR, SBR, CR, IR, NBR, EPDM, HNBR, CSM/ACSM, BR, ECO, IIR.

CILBOND® R-6832

CILBOND® R-6832 is a watery primer that is used in combination with watery (for example CILBOND® R-7040) or solvent-based cover layer adhesives. This primer can be used for the following metals: steel, aluminum, brass. This material can also be used for polar plastics: nylon, polyester, cellulose, PPO, PPS, PES, PEEK, GRP / FRP, epoxide, and phenols.

CILBOND® R-7040

CILBOND® R-7040 is a cover layer adhesive for gluing elastomers to metals and polar plastics. For this, a suitable primer is required (e.g. CILBOND®R-6832). Suitable for NR, SBR, IR, NBR, HNBR, EPDM, IIR
